“I get tired of people talking about ‘bad words’ and ‘bad language.’ Bullshit. It’s the context that makes them good or bad” - George Carlin
Words were militant weaponry in the hands of George Carlin, an abrasive and vivid satirist who questioned everything and lacerated everyh subject with equal passion. He taught through decades of public lecture to not only pinpoint hypocrisy but to dissect it, as capacious and controversial as it may seem. There is no modern humorist alive who doesn’t owe at least a bit of gratitude to George and there is no one that will fill his void. Rest in peace to the greatest stand up comedian of all time. We will never forget you and we will always cherish every word you left behind.

“I’m completely in favor of the separation of Church and State. My idea is that these two institutions screw us up enough on their own, so both of them together is certain death.” - George Carlin
Thanks for making me laugh so hard it hurt, and when the pain went away all I could think was, “Thats one smart motherfucker.”
Rest in Peace, George.

I hate that people say he was a “comedic genius”… the man was a Genius… period. He didn’t revolutionize stand-up comedy, or even comedy itself… he changed the world.
I’m giving him 6 weeks…
(if you don’t get it watch the video where he talks about death)
