Despite Many Deaths, E4 Was A Huge Success

While the rest of those gaming bloggers out there stayed in the safety of their fat, fancy offices, The Minus World traveled all the way to the Gobi desert for this year’s E4! The Exotic Electronic Everyone Entertain gathering is usually held in desolate, barren, and hostile territories and this was no exception. The conference was a great showcase for every bootleg knock-up video game company in the world to join in unison and show off their latest attempts to cash in on legitimate video game products. Though cameras weren’t allowed on the premises (punishable by castration, as two of our interns sadly learned) we did get to sneak out with this crumpled piece of paper detailing the stars of the show.

Pcomco had us the most excited when Reverend Evil and Devil Man Car 3 trailers were projected on to the side of a mule. After the afternoon trough lunch and pubic hat making seminar, we were ready to play some damn games! Sadly, all of our hands were broken when we refused to assist the desert king in the “Goat Of Virgin Blood” sacrifice ritual. Thanks a lot, SEGOK!

As we exited the grounds and were forcibly thrown into the desert wild, naked and scarred with lashes, we waved goodbye to Zelrondezal, E4’s first and last booth babe. What an adventure! We wouldn’t have missed it for the world and we’ll never forget it. Video games are the best, and every time we cry, it tastes like camel meat.
